Learning
There are many ways to learn things. One of all these things are the traditional way to use a teacher, a skilled person who has the ability to explain things and transfer knowledge. The teacher needs to have deeper knowledge in the subject compared to the students thus making the learning process go the right way. A "bad teacher" is not necessarily somebody who does not persist the necessary knowledge, also a social talent is needed.
The trick for the teacher is to find the correct level of logic in the explanations used. Often when people say they are "too stupid to understand" or similar negative expressions based on experiences from the school, they have not been able to build their own logic. It is important to understand that a teacher in principle only tells the students what to learn - the learning process itself has to take place within the mind of the individual students. There is a tendency today that students believe the teacher are to learn them everything, but this is of course impossible and at least only possible to a certain level of knowledge. Sooner or later we all have to be our own teachers.
There are many theories about learning and pedagogic methods, but when it comes to the point it is a social game that takes place between human brains.

Wright way to learn...
Wilbur och Orville Wright, well known as The Wright Brothers, bulit numerous gliders without being able to realize the results of the aerodynamic models. They realised that the failures were caused by errors in the experimental data of their predecessors, thus causing the models to be wrong. Instead of trying to work out new theoretical models, they decided to build a small wind tunnel, with a fan to simulate the airflow around model wings. They tested 100-200 different shapes during 1901, and also investigated the double and tripple wings relative positions and the effects of the airflow.
The brilliance of the Wright Brothers was their ability to visualize the behaviour of a machine that had yet to be designed. After the numerous tests, they were able to modify the calculation models, and could in the fall of 1902, carry through a glide flight exact according the modified calculation models, which was the break through for the correlation between theory and practice. The flight was 622 feet.
Thanks to the experiments in the wind tunnel, the brothers were also able to construct a movable rudder linked to the wing-warping system.(Encyclopaedia Britannica, 2001)
