Ludvika in Sweden

Ludvika is a rather small town in the southern part of region "Dalarna" where the wolves and the elks live, but also some human beings; about 25.000 in the municipality and 15.000 in the town (including the "suburbs"). It is a perfect place to live for those who like to live! Some claim there it is only perfect if you like outdoor living, but as far as I have understood it does not matter if you sit in Los Angeles or Ludvika if you anyhow are to spend time indoors - well, one exception; in LA you need to have the air condition running which normally is less necessary in L-a thus making the living here less noicy...
